🎡 What is a Theme Park or Integrated Tourism Destination?

✅ Theme Park

A Theme Park is a recreational tourism project that includes:

• Amusement rides
• Adventure rides
• Water rides
• Accommodation units
• Parking, food courts, safety, and sanitation facilities

📌 Minimum Capital Investment: ₹50.00 Crores
📌 Excludes: Ride facilities inside malls or multiplexes

✅ Integrated Tourism Destination Theme Park

A multi-facility tourism complex combining several tourism activities at one location. It must include:

• Entertainment & amusement
• Accommodation & restaurants
• Musical fountains, stage shows, camping areas
• Night tourism activities like stargazing, film studios, caravan parks
• MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)

📌 Minimum Capital Investment: ₹500.00 Crores
📌 Approval Required: Must obtain clearance from State-Level Empowered Committee (SLEC)

🏛️ Financial Incentives Under Gujarat Tourism Policy 2021–25

✅ 1. Capital Subsidy – 15%

📝 Subsidy is only on eligible Fixed Capital Investment. Land cost is excluded.

✅ 2. Electricity Duty Exemption

• 100% exemption for 5 years from the date of commercial operation
• Must apply after receiving the first electricity bill

✅ 3. Stamp Duty & Registration Fee Reimbursement

• 100% reimbursement of stamp duty and registration fees on project-related land or lease agreements.

✅ 4. Eligibility for Market Development Assistance (MDA)

Theme parks can avail subsidy for:
