🏨 What is an Apartment Hotel?
An Apartment Hotel is a property offering:

- Services that combine the convenience of home and hotel amenities
- Longer stay options for business travelers, tourists, and relocating families
To qualify for the subsidy, the apartment hotel must:
- Be a new project or 50%+ expansion of an existing unit
- Invest minimum ₹50.00 lakh in capital
- Obtain category certification from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India
🕒 Policy Applicability
- Policy Validity: 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2025
- Projects must commence partial or full commercial operations during this period
- Only investments made on or after 1st January 2021 are eligible for subsidy

📝 Subsidy applies only to eligible capital investment. Land cost is excluded.

- 100% exemption from electricity duty for 5 years
- Based on first electricity bill, Tourism Department issues an exemption letter to the electricity board
✅ 3. Stamp Duty & Registration Fee Reimbursement
- 100% reimbursement on stamp duty and registration fees for property or lease documents associated with the project
